By now you should know that I love chocolate. I think chocolate and orange is a match made in heaven and these orange and chocolate biscuits is prove of that!
I made an orange curd and sandwiched some of the biscuits together with the curd as the filling. You can use melted chocolate as a filling or dip the bottom of the biscuits into melted chocolate and serve them single.
These biscuits are great as a treat in a lunchbox. Left-over orange curd can be kept in a sterilized container in the fridge. It tastes great drizzled over chocolate of vanilla ice cream or even as a spread on hot toast.
